The Problem
Tech City was a no frills small business situated in a family oriented neighborhood just outside of Chicago. Word-of-mouth has always been the lifeblood of their shop.
The digital age mandated they connect with new customers in a way not previously attempted.
Our Solution
We started from the ground up by creating a plan of action to consistently curate and produce fresh content each month. We created their Facebook, Instagram and Google My Business profiles. We immediately produced the first round of photos for social media posting and launched targeted ad campaign increasing customer traffic within a few days.
We also built their website and embedded Facebook Chat messaging on their front page. Now customers who find their website via Google search, or other, can directly contact Tech City staff without hesitation.
